1. Who we are
AI Spend Doctor is a service operated by Valeriy Danilov, an individual based in Astana, Kazakhstan ("we", "us"). In these terms, "you" means the person or company using the service.
2. The service
The free Checkup reads an AI usage or cost export in your browser and shows possible sources of overspending. Daily Watch is a paid subscription that runs a similar check every day and alerts you when spend changes.
Results are estimates based on your file and on public list prices at the time of the check. They are information, not financial advice. Test quality on your own tasks before changing models or settings. We are not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI.
3. Orders and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns.
Daily Watch costs $29 per month, billed monthly in advance, plus any taxes Paddle is required to charge. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and renews every month until you cancel.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or by contacting Paddle. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period. See our refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload our systems, or to resell it without our written consent.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its code, price database and the name AI Spend Doctor belong to Valeriy Danilov. You keep all rights to your own data.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paid subscribers, we will tell you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
